We offer web development, website optimisation, and AI automation services. Specific deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing for each project. All services are provided from Vancouver, BC, Canada.

3.Payment and pricing

All fees are due as agreed in the project estimate or contract. Payments are processed by Stripe or another secure third-party provider. You agree to pay the fees for the selected package and any applicable taxes.

4.Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials needed to complete the work. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines and are not our responsibility.

5.Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all work product until full payment is received. After payment is complete, you receive rights to use the deliverables for your business.

6.Refunds and cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project after work has started, you are responsible for fees covering the work completed to date. Subscription services may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

7.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue outcomes, or other results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
