Visual and functional — always both.
An impressive design that doesn't convert is just decoration. A functional site that looks rushed loses trust before the first click. I build websites where both work together — because that's the only way it actually works for your business.

You need trust, not a team.
Small businesses don't need a full IT department. They need one person who gets it — who listens, delivers what they said they would, and is still there three months later when something comes up. That's how I work.

Good businesses shouldn't be invisible.
Canada has thousands of brilliant businesses buried under weak websites. If you're great at what you do but nobody can find you online, something's wrong. I fix that — and I take it personally.
